    AGD Non-Profit was established in 2014 and founded as a 501 © 3 non-profit organization by a team of savvy citizens, parents, and business owners. AGD was created as the ecosystem of solutions to the broken education systems and government social systems established in America and around the world. As a cooperative network of entrepreneurs, educators, families, and patriots in Florida, they began connecting to the large “like-minded majority” of other concerned citizens in the USA and abroad. While surveying the social, economic, and bureaucratic landscape of America, it was clear that only a grassroots strategy “Of the People For the People and By the People” would create the chan

    PURPOSE

    AGD believes the private sector of acuity and creativity residing in the underprivileged youth, young adults, and underestimated adults of all ages needs to be discovered and facilitated rapidly for not only their benefit, but also for all of society. “KNOWLEDGE IS POWER” (Francis Bacon) “The ignorance of the complacent will be their destruction.”

    AGD “Ownership Education” systems are scholastic programs that fast-track students into discovering their own gifts skills passions and dreams; thereby leveraging their inherent passions rapidly into ownership career opportunities within our Patriotic Business Mentors Network.

    Only by understanding the failings of “conventional” education can the current generation forge the solutions needed for the present and future. Ownership Education ensures the balance of prosperity, freedom, and security without compromising one for the other.

    Jedidiah Jones, Founder & President

    As a visionary of innovative critical thinking in all aspects of conventional education, Jedidiah Jones began making waves through the sea of mediocre status quo academia, industries, and social institutions as a young adult. While becoming a youth counselor and fast paced entrepreneur at age 22 he began surveying the great need for reformation in scholastic programs, retail industries, and socioeconomic / political landscapes. As an author, business leader, EDU training instructor, public engagement strategist, and inspired public speaker, Jedidiah Jones has unearthed the core elements of society which contribute to the cause/effect of the wholistic ecosystem of all micro communities and macro society at large. After 23 years of hack-engineering the root sources of societal limitations he has proven the “Ownership Education” fast track mapping strategies that design / formulate the programs of Accelerated Growth Developers (A.G.D. non-profit). His continual efforts have unlocked the unlimited expansion potential education systems that have harmonized and unified specific national mentorship leaders, educators, and non-profit organizations. These philanthropic groups and networking partners together in the AGD collective are equipping and empowering the underprivileged next generation and the underestimated / unrealized potential within all age groups of society.

    Anthony Rosario, Board Member

    As Founder and CEO of A.R.M.S. Together, Anthony leads a groundbreaking student leadership and career exploration initiative that empowers young people to rise with vision, clarity, and courage. His mission: raise a generation of changemakers rooted in purpose and resilience. Currently serving as COO of Apollo Construction & Engineering and Founder & CEO of National Career Solutions, Anthony bridges corporate strategy with community empowerment—connecting talent with opportunity and vision with execution. Through his leadership development with Revenant Coaching and his acclaimed book series The Laws of Resilience, he continues to mentor, activate, and awaken individuals and organizations nationwide. Anthony is honored to join forces as a board member and partner in advancing the mission of bringing his deep commitment to equity, youth development, and transformational leadership to the collaborative effort.

    Damond Williams, Board Member

    As Damond Williams is a former 12-year professional basketball player and the Founder of the Chicago Basketball Academy (CBA), where he has spent more than a decade leading programs in athlete development, business education, and community engagement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from McNeese State University and has been featured in Forbes and UNICEF USA for his global efforts to use basketball as a tool to unite communities around the world. Beyond sports, Damond is an entrepreneur and consultant with a passion for impact-driven ventures. He co-founded LINMOND, a company focused on improving access to health and wellness services, and is now a partner at Regal Development and part of a real estate investment trust (REIT) team. With a strong background in leadership, team building, and social impact initiatives, Damond brings a unique perspective to the construction and development sector, with a commitment to strengthening communities and creating opportunities for lasting growth.

    Jon Reichert, Board Member

    Chief Financial Officer (of NOVO 501c3) Jon comes to us from sunny Florida. Prior to Novo, Jon worked with Samaritan’s Purse as an international finance manager. Jon has lived and worked all around the world and has over 25 years professional experience in finance and operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Cross Cultural Studies and International Relief and Development from North Central University. He also holds a Master's degree in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development from Hawaii Pacific University.
